Shamit Mehta- This Boston based principal of North Bridge Capital has found his name in the GrowthCaps Top 40 under 40 growth Investors list along with few other Indian-Americans

Indian-American Shamit Mehta is now in the limelight and is praised by many all over. Reason for that is he has been included in the important Growth Cap’s Top 40 under 40 Growth Investors list and he is sensational now. It is important to note that Growth cap that is responsible for the publishing of this list deals with growth equity investments.

It must be noted that there are also six other Indian-Americans in the list. It was in 2014 this Shamit Mehta joined as principal for the North Bridge and before joining this joining this job he was an investor at the famous Susquehanna Growth equity and Great Hill Partners.

It is superb to mention that this Shamit Mehta at North Bridge as principal is doing superbly and is focused on security, fintech, SaaS, healthcare, IT etc.

According to RJ Lumba who is the managing partner of GrowthCap the persons who are in the list are nominated by the firm, their peers etc first then they were evaluated depending on their experience and factors like completed deals volumes, capital invested etc were taken into consideration. Kapil Venkatachalam is another one to be included in the list and he is from Technology Crossover Ventures which he joined in 2006. It is important to note that he is presently general partner of this firm.

Similarly other Indian-Americans like Nehal Raj of TPG Growth, Sachin Sarnobat of Atalaya Capital Management, Nishita Cummings of Kayne Anderson, Vinay Kahyap of Mainsail Partners, Ron Shah of Stripes Group etc have also found their names in the list. Awesome!!
