From now on, Indian citizens aged over 60 years will be able to avail of a 50% discount on Air India’s basic fare for economy class tickets in domestic flights. (Times of India)
As per the scheme, an Indian citizen who has attained the age of 60 on the date of commencement of journey is entitled to a 50 percent discount on the basic fare of an economy class seat, an Air India spokesperson confirmed. (Zee News)
The claimants would be required to produce a valid photo-identity card with the date of birth, like Aadhaar, Voters ID, Driving Licence, Passport or Senior Citizens ID card issued by Air India at the time of booking. (Hindustan Times)
